ADMIN MANAGER/JNR. BOOKEEPER (CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY) IN SOUTH AFRICA
Together with experienced professionals and architects we have been specialising in the construction of residential property – building quality homes to be proud of, and homes to be lived in. We are looking for an Admin Manager/ Junior Bookkeeper to join our team. Requirements: · Answering of phones · Managing of general office work, filing etc. · Checking accounts vs. statements · Accounts up to Trial balance · Prepare salaries for payment by accountant · Liaise with Architects on paperwork, plans and documentation · Submit plans to council · Deal with lawyers – an understanding of the transfer process of houses/properties will be advantageous You will need: · 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role · Preferably Reside in Somerset West area · Knowledge of Pastel essential · Experience in the construction industry will be a bonus · Bilingual · Have a valid drivers’ license · Have your own transport · Computer literacy: Excel and word · Excellent organisational skills · Good communication skills · Be assertive in order to get things done Should your skills be a match please send your CV to: brendajobs(at)wcp.co.za
