OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR NEEDED FOR COURIER COMPANY IN EAST IN EAST LONDON

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor at our branch in East London to start 01 March 2021. JOB TASKS: - Control and maintain all the shipments on the floor Make sure that all trip sheets and manifests are closed properly Double check inbound and outbound processes Check all possible misroutes Prepare an analysis report Interact with the Zone Controllers / Managers / Agents / Drivers and Customer Service Prepare miss collection and problem collection reports Daily planning Doing the floor check on a daily basis and attend to customer queries Ensure all deliveries and collections are done on time Responsible for all outbound freight Correct SOP’s need to be adhered too Receive and dispatch freight Open and close the branch Work over weekends when required Assist on routes when a courier is absent or on leave Ensure that vehicles go for their services on time Ensure vehicle licenses do not expiry Be available 24 seven 365 on company phone Key Requirements: Matric 2 Years’ Experience in the Courier Industry Valid Driver’s License Computer Literate; WORD / EXCEL Excellent Communication Skills {WRITTEN AND ORAL} Previous experience as a supervisor Desirable Requirements: Knowledge of Parcel Perfect
