MARKETING MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Job Description:                 Our client seeks a Marketing Manager with a Degree and min 3 years’ experience in marketing in the property sector (ESSENTIAL). Candidate must be fluent in English. (Excellent communication skills) Advanced computer literacy on MS Office. They are looking for a purpose driven, well organised and well-presented professional with initiative and excellent people skills, who will take ownership of the task assigned to him/her. The person must be a self-starter, willing to work long hours and weekends. Non-smoker. Primary purpose of the position is to market the property developments, run marketing campaigns and liaise with the relevant role players. Project management an advantage. THIS POSITON IS NOT FOR AN ESTATE AGENT BUT A QUALIFIED MARKETING MANAGER WHO HAS RUN EXTENSIVE CAMPPAIGNS. You will need your own vehicle. Head office is Midrand but you will travel around Gauteng to all the various projects.
