My client in the FMCG industry seeks qualified Maintenance Technician to be based in the Free State and Mpumalanga   Minimum Requirements: N3 - N6 qualification - Electromechanical (completed trade test) Code 8 drivers license 3 - 5 years post trade qualification experience: Millwright/Maintenance Technician    Job Responsibilities: General maintenance on the plant and equipment Perform planned, preventative and schedule maintenance on the plant and machinery Attend to brake downs on high speed packaging machines mainly – ishida, sandiacre, wright and beta packaging machines. Maintenance and Fault finding on John Topmson coal boiler’s, extruder’s, peeler’s, fryer’s, slicer’s, grader, bucket elevator’s, conveyor’s roller & belt, courossel rapping machine, 3m box sealer’s, centrifugal &reciprocating pumps, Fault Finding on siemens S5 SIMATIC M400U, and SIMATIC S7 SCADA Fault Finding on VSD’s siemens, omron, allen Bradley, telemechanique Experience on silo’s, photo electric cell’s, proximity switches, load cell’s, cooling towers, valve’s, bearing’s, pnuematic’s & hydraulics, 3ph &1ph motor’s & gear boxes.   Please note if you have not received feedback within two weeks consider your application unsuccessful.
