LEGAL ADVISOR IN EAST LONDON

A new vacancy exists for a Legal Advisor in the East London office. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Applicants must be in possession of at least a three year qualification; • At least one year of practical experience in the field of Labour Law and • Applicant is to have a valid driver’s license with their own reliable transport. RESPONSIBILITIES • Visit of SEESA clients or potential SEESA clients; • Conducting of disciplinary hearings on behalf of SEESA clients; • Compiling of contracts of employment and other related contracts for SEESA clients; • Telephonic advice to SEESA clients; • Conducting of retrenchment consultations, incapacity meeting and enquiries, first visits and any other general consultations for SEESA clients; and • Any other tasks which relates to SEESA’s services.
