We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager for our brand new upmarket restaurant in the Tsitsikamma area. Stunning location! Come work within one of our countries most beautiful National Parks. We are a leading company within the tourism industry with a very reputable franchise backing. Must be willing to learn and excel within the industry.  There is huge potential for growth within the group. Applicants should have extensive knowledge of Foodcost, menu costing's, stocktake procedures, labour law & be a team player. A sound knowledge of Pilot would be advantageous.   Very competitive package for the industry!!
