Our Client in the V&A Waterfront is currently looking for Restaurant Managers in Cape Town. 2 extremely busy restaurants * 1st seating up to pp per day- Cuisine Italian and traditional South African ( staff) A la Carte menu style * 2nd seating up to ppl per day- Cuisine - Tabin - steak house, pub menu style (160 staff) Junior R - R Salary neg on experience 1-2 years experience required Senior R - R Salary neg on experience 3- 5 years experience Requirements: Dealing with Front of house Restaurant Management. Hotel School qualification will be an advantage.
