The ideal candidate has a good understanding of themselves and should be emotionally mature. You are able to assess situations and 'read' people. should enjoy people and be keen to work with a 'smart' team. You must be well groomed, professional and articulate in Afrikaans, You will be required to understand and qualify complete job specs – this involves understanding the position, the team and the business unit, i.e. understanding where the role fits in to the company and the company to the competitive market in which 'it' operates. You will be required to implement best sourcing strategies, e.g. advertising, conducting searches using on line portals, response handling, networking, headhunting You will be required to screen candidate CV’s and interview shortlisted candidates CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Must have above average understanding of the Afrikaans language (written and verbal); Good knowledge on Employment Equity 'issues' and broader human resources related 'issues'; You have outstanding interpersonal skills – you will need to listen, empathize, communicate and be perceptive to the business needs; Creative, entrepreneurial and able to think laterally; Organized and have strong administrative skills as you will have to plan, prioritize and manage time; You have to be able to handle (extreme) pressure and be able to meet deadlines; Have the ability to multi task and pay great attention to detail; Diagnostic skills – perception, judgment and intuition and you are in touch with personal biases; Team player, who is flexible and able to adapt to change. CORE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Fully completed Degree You are computer literate. Three years recruitment experience or Sales experience Excellent Afrikaans communication skills
