HR / RECRUITMENT MANAGER REQUIRED RPM IN SOUTH AFRICA

International sales and marketing company in Observatory requires a suitably qualified but, more importantly, experienced HR Manager/Generalist. DUTIES: Creative recruitment, “thinking out of the box”, in order to recruit qualified employees. Selection of staff members and requirements met within agreed time frames. Competency based interviewing as part of panel. Reference checking Ensure contract administration is up to date by making sure that all contracts are renewed timeously. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are communicated, understood and adhered to at all times Follow out termination process & ensure all disciplinary hearings are conducted, recorded and reported to necessary parties. Ensure filing is up to date and accurate and all relevant documentation is on file Prepare monthly hours for payroll. REQUIREMENTS: Degree/HR Qualification A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR manager/generalist function HR policies and procedures knowledge Knowledgeable in Labour Law is an advantage.
