HR OFFICER IN SOUTH AFRICA
Description The Human Resource Officer (HRO) is responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring and employee benefits. The HRO advises on and implements policies relating to the effective use of human capital within an organization. Role Requirements Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures; provides advice and assistance to line managers and employees Education & Qualification Bachelors Degree with majors in Human Resources and/or Psychology Relevant Experience 3 to 5 years of qualitative HR administration experience and good knowledge of the HR function and demonstrate a degree of proficiency in the South African Labour Law IT industry and skills development experience an added advantage
