HIRSCH BALLITO, ELBA & INTERNATIONAL HOTEL SCHOOL EXPRESS IN SOUTH AFRICA
Hirsch Ballito, ELBA and the International Hotel School had a fantastic express demo over the weekend, with Ramola Makan from ELBA and Sphesihle Dlamini a trainee Chef from the International Hotel School cooking scrumptious Festive pecan and raisin stuffing and delicious Ginger Bread. Guests were fascinated to see how easy it was to cook and bake on the ELBA gas stove and Ramola gave interesting, diverse and easy cooking and health tips to the crowd – who contributed with their own informative and helpful cooking tips – so all in all, a great interactive cooking session!
