FRONT OFFICE MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Matric. Recognised 3 years tertiary qualification in the Hospitality Industry an advantage. At least 3 years eperience as a Front Office Manager in 4* or 5* Lodge or Hotel. Fluent in English. Computer literate with emphasis on Opera and MS Office. Well developed leadership, training and communication skills. Ability to reate a strong team climate. Able to work shifts and occassional overtime. - To be fully responsibile for the management and operations of the Front Office Department - Reservations, Reception, Concierge and Switchboard - Managing employee rosters - Implement and maintain departmental hardowner procedures - Managing and controlling daily revenues and report deviations 3 weeks on and 1 week off Salary: R live in
