FOOD PREP/BISTRO ASSISTANT (FEMALE) BOTRIVIER R43 IN SOUTH AFRICA

We are in need of a innovative junior to run the kitchen and prepare a small menu of food items. Responsible for the full kitchen function (quality, cost and stock control) This is mostly a day time venue with occasional evening service. Requirements: Must be energetic, reliable, hardworking and dedicated. Experience in a deli/eatery environment. Must have a passion for cooking. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must have a love for food and a passion for cooking Must be respectful to fellow staff members and customers. Must have valid driver’s license and own transport. Must be willing to assist Front of house when required. Chef is free to design her own menu items provided we feel it is appropriate and acceptable within our style. Working hours will typically be from 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Sunday.(Closed on Tuesdays)  Time off will be discussed. Initial 3 month contact with possibility of becoming permanent.
