Engineering Foreman Required (Refrigeration) Department - Engineering Location - Hammarsdale Job Description - Managing of all Refrigeration maintenance - Control of maintenance budget - Planning and scheduling of work within the maintenance environment - Training and performance management of the team - Manage Refrigeration projects and plant modifications - Manage critical spares, maintenance spares and workshop inventory - Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety rules and regulations - Manage regular cleaning process of product spillages in Freezer to ensure good operational conditions - Formulate and control maintenance budget Minimum Requirements- An accredited Trade Test - Experience in an Ammonia plant, preferably in a FMCG environment. - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position would be highly advantageous - Operation and maintaining of an ammonia plant - Thorough understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors and mechanical disciplines - Knowledge of OHS act and safety practices - Ability to plan, organize and manage work proactively - Attention to detail - Commitment to delivery and quality - Ability to innovate and ensure sustainable development within the maintenance environment - Computer literacy - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Closing date 26 January To apply, email CV to
