ELECTRIC FENCING TECHNICIAN IN JOHANNESBURG

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Servicing and repairs to of all types of electric fences, energizers and ancillary equipment. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate must be of sober habits, fully qualified with at least 5 years’ electric fencing repairs / installation experience, contactable references and proof of qualifications is a must. Druid / Merlin / Wizord range of energizer experience a must, including all ancillary equipment. EFS 2000, Gallagher Trophy 6, Stinger & Eaglesec system experience a plus. NON NEGOTIABLE: Knowing the difference between series and parallel. (You will be tested). Being fluent in English (read, write & speak); Having a valid unendorsed driving license; Being able to read a map; Must live within 20 km of our offices; Must be able to weld; Able do arithmetic as invoicing gets done on site; Contactable references is a must. It goes without saying that you are able to work independently and handle extreme pressure at times. HOURS: Mon – Fri: 06:30 – 15:30 and Saturdays: 8:00 – 12:00. PACKAGE: R7,500.00 P/M. (R4000.00 p/m basic PLUS R2000.00 p/m performance bonus PLUS R1500-00 p/m attendance bonus (R360.00 p/week in cash)).
