DISTRICT SALES MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA
Suitable candidates are invited to apply for the above mentioned position, which will be available at LIPCO Offices in Johannesburg and Pretoria from 1 November As Sales Manager, he/she will primarily be/her sales team, their targets, performance, training, after sales service, new sources, planning, implementation of strategies and recruitment of new personnel. He/she will also be required to assist the regional business executive with the general management of region, strategic planning and execution thereof. Inherent requirements for the above-mentioned position will therefore be the following: • Must have Matric. • Must comply with the FAIS Act requirements. • Must have at least 5-10 year's experience in sales. • Very good communication and interpersonal skills. • Valid driver’s license - NB • Own car will be a preference. • Fully computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. • Must be very well spoken in at least two SA languages of which English is a prerequisite, as the Sales Manager will work in existing sources and open new sources. • Fixed salary plus monthly recurring incentive based on production requirements.
