Our client, an international marketing company in Century City, Cape Town, is recruiting for Danish speaking Customer Service Specialists. As market leaders in their field, they are a dynamic company providing its multi-media services in most foreign languages across 3 continents. The company offers an above market related salary package, including medical and pension fund; quarterly bonus payments; a work permit and initial accommodation for international staff arriving in South Africa. Key Performance Areas: •        Responding to international clients by live chat, telephone and email •        Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment •        Processing pertinent information into relevant databases •        Customer relationship building and maintenance •        Rewarding clients using own initiative •        Solving client’s issues •        Meeting client’s expectations •        Making outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers   Qualifications and Experiences: •        Matric plus tertiary qualification   Competencies required: •        Fluent in Danish (mother tongue level) •        Fluency in written and spoken English •        Demonstrated literacy in MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel •        Ability to work shifts e.g. 07hhhh00 and 23hh00 •        Experienced in all modern technologies e.g. social media, live chat etc. •        Proven customer service track record •        Proven passion for customer service and excellent CRM skills •        Pro-active, organised and strong personal drive   If you meet the above requirements and are interested in the position, please send your CV to
