Key Requirements: A relevant IT/IS tertiary Qualification – NQF5 or above.NET (C#) or Java Development skills would be preferable Must be able to work within a big team in a structured environment. Must have very good verbal and written communication skills in English (Business English) Must be able to work collaboratively in a team. Exposure to scrum would be advantageous but not essential Personal Attributes / Character traits required for this job: Energetic and keen Delivery focused – Be deadline driven and adhere to SCRUM Sprint deadlines Team Player – Must be able to work as part of a team Initiative (self-starter) Flexible/adaptable/approachable and willing to work in rapid changing, high delivery environment Ability to learn and grow IT development skills continuously Integrity Professionalism Resilience Go the extra mile  Education and General Working Experience Ideally related Degree or an IT/IS Diploma with exposure to.NET(C#) or Java development.
