Bargain Books has identified a critical and vital position in our store situated in Northridge Mall. This is security and customer service! In an environment where crime is rampant and the protection of assets, security, has become mission critical. In an ever competitive retail environment, customer service is vital to the survival of our business. This role has been combined to include both responsibilities. This is not a true blue retail position. We are seeking an individual who is committed to securing company assets, so security experience, or interest, is important. The successful candidate will also need to be customer focused and willing to direct customers to booksellers, for assistance. This is to ensure that customers experience top notch service.
