ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

As the second in command, you will assist the store manager in his responsibility for front and back of house operations. As such you will be responsible for ensuring amongst others: Maintenance of brand standards Customer satisfaction Loss prevention Employee relations Health and Safety Quality assurance Operational efficiency Ideally you would possess the following: Grade 12 or equivalent 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position Previous experience in the QSR industry Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) A passion for customer service Ability to motivate and lead staff You will require: The ability to work irregular hours and/ or shifts Clear criminal record Excellent numeracy and literacy skills Drivers’ license (unendorsed) POS experience (Micros) PLEASE NOTE THAT PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES FROM A PREVIOUSLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUND IN TERMS OF OUR COMMITMENT TO EMPLOYMENT EQUITY.
