ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Hospitality qualification. Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality with experience in a Bush Lodge. Ideally Food & Beverage experience. Exceptional guest interaction skils. Computer literate with a strong knowledge of Sempter. Drivers licence essential.  Well groomed and spoken.  - Assistin with guests, admin and food and beverage. - Staff management - Housekeeping - Standing in for the Managers when on leave 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off R - R
