AREA MANAGER CPT IN SOUTH AFRICA

Company in Cape Town is looking to recruit a suitable candidate to effectively operate all activities required in the office and manage a team of Field technicians daily. Requirements: Grade 12/Qualification  2-4 Years proven Management Experienc e 3 Years experience in office administration Scheduling of activities of staff will be an advantage Knowledge of the Western Cape Area and surroundings essential Skills: Knowledge of Staff management/disciplinary/coaching/mentoring Ability to manage staff activities daily and monitoring deliverables Strong Administrative skills Ability to multitask Ability to work under pressure Analytical skills Ability to solve problems permanently Ability to work independently Must be computer literate Function: Candidate will be running the daily activities in the office (vehicle inspections/tool check/stock take/scheduling tasks/despatching staff) Updating all job cards for worked performed Handle all queries from internal and external clients Regular feedback to management Regular staff meetings  Perform all administrative functions required Perform all disciplinary actions. Ensure that staff work within agreed performance standards Perform regular performance evaluations Recruit staff. The successful candidate will be required to be available 24/7. It will be expected of the successful candidate to be prepared to work flexitime when needed. The successful candidate must be available immediately.
