Company is seeking  Office Assistant (who will act as the first line of contact and assist with the general day to day running of the office.   KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Meet and greet walk-in customers in a professional manner -  Answer calls and take messages when required - Controlling staff daily register and time sheets for weekly wages - Basic control of Accounts for the Accountant -  Keep Office tidy and neat, Typing of quotations and general documents, Applicant needs to be computer literate and fluent in English,preferably with prior admin experience Hrs 8-5h30pm Weekdays  R   Fax cv  to Rod
