Telesales representatives work as part of a sales team.They contact customers directly by telephone to make sales.Must be able to build repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customers’ wants and needs, rather than using high-pressure sales techniques.Experience in the Insurance Industry is a bonusStaff are provided with scripts, product knowledge and constant training.Must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.Looking for optimistic people who aren't easily upset and who naturally like working with others.Must be target driven, be able to perform under pressure, meet targets and up-sell the product.
