SUSHI CHEF / MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Upmarket popular restaurant in Cape Town is looking for an experienced & creative Sushi Chef / Manager to manage and run our busy sushi bar. We seek a driven, highly motivated Chef with a minimum of 10 years' experience. Requirements: - Relevant tertiary qualification & 10 years' experience in similar position. - Must be able to prepare quality, consistent and well-presented dishes at all times. - Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and ensure that your team are on track. - Excellent knowledge of hygiene standards - Complete all specified opening set up, closing and side duties - Prepare and stock for daily operation - Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace and equipment - Assist teammates whenever necessary - Ensure a sense of urgency with all tasks - Maintain a good working relationship with all departments - Highly organized and disciplined If you feel you fit the criteria then please send us a copy of your CV with all necessary qualifications / Certificates / References.
