STORE MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

A Store Manager is required for a leading Stationery / Art / Books store The Purpose of this position is to maximize the sales of the branch, control stock losses, control expenses, increase customer service levels, manage the administration of the branch and effectively manage the staff in the store Requirements: Matric Certificate Previous Managerial experience in Retail environment Experience with Arts and crafts / Books / Stationery will be an advantage own transport bilingual in Afrikaans and English Competencies: Ability to lead and motivate staff Flexible working hours including two weekends a month Neat and presentable Strong Interpersonal skills Customer service orientated Good Numeracy and Literacy (inc. knowledge of Excel and Outlook) Passion for retail Good administrative skills starting date is immediate. closing date for applications is 23 January If you are interested and suitably qualified  then please submit your CV to .   Applicants that have not been informed about the outcome of their application within 7 working days after closing date may regard their application as unsuccessful.
