SPANISH SPEAKING SENIOR IT CLIENT SERVICE CONSULTANT, CAPE IN SOUTH AFRICA
Our client, a well-established international Software Development Company based in Durbanville, Cape Town, would like to employ a Spanish speaking Senior IT Client Service Consultant to join their growing and dynamic team. The company specializes in the field of Compliance & Risk management in different industries. Key Performance Areas: · Handling incoming client queries for our software application · Business analysis and specification of customer requirements · Configuration, installation, and customisation of the software (remotely) · Documentation of projects and track recording of support cases · Monitoring of escalations and communication with internal parties · Systematic follow up support and quality checks with customers · Build and maintain professional client relationships · Assists in maintaining of user guides and technical documentation Qualifications and Experiences: · Matric certificate · 5+ years’ of experience in a similar environment · Proficient literacy in Software SQL Server configuration, MS Office · Excellent experience in assisting challenging customers only by remote access · Valid Work Permit for South Africa Competencies required: · Fluent language skills in Spanish (mother tongue level) · Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written) · Self-confidence to communicate to professional audiences over the phone · A target-driven thinker with effective time management skills · Advanced problem solving and analytical skills essential · Good team player, ambitious and success oriented personality · Must be able to manage and lead a Project efficiently If you meet the above requirements, are a SA citizen or Permanent Residence holder, and if you are interested in the position, please send your CV to
