SENIOR SITE FOREMAN A prominent Western Cape based construction company is looking to employ the services of the following: Senior Site Foreman Previous experience with large construction companies and on large refurbishment projects will be a distinct advantage. Minimum Requirements: 10 years experience Valid drivers license Mobile phone Skills: Computer literate (MS Project, MS Excel & MS Word) Understanding of company functions and infrastructure Well developed English language skills (speak, read and write) Competencies: Confidence and decisiveness Client focus and supervising of staff Planning, organizing and assigning tasks to various parties (staff, equipment and all other aspects)Information gathering and problem analysis on site Quality and detail orientation Presenting and communicating information (progress of projects)Ensure that the day to day running of all operations on site is done in a safe and coherent manner (on time, in budget and with the correct quality standards)Adhere to health and safety regulations Compiling reports, record keeping of daily production, for the relevant parties as required (client, employer and all other parties concerned)Assessing and measuring work prior to the next phase in project commencingDealing effectively and constructively with employees if need arises R and is negotiable as salary is purely based on experience and qualifications Should you fit the profile kindly forward your CV to
