SERVICE ADVISOR AT HONDA HELDERBERG IN SOUTH AFRICA

Service Advisor Honda Helderberg, Strand, Western Cape   Duties: Management of the appointment process, booking in process, preparation for the completion of work, monitoring the maintenance process, completing the order, hand-over of vehicles and follow-up with customers.   Requirements: Ÿ Grade 12 Ÿ Basic automotive knowledge Ÿ Computer literate Ÿ 2-3 years experience in a similar position essential Ÿ The ability to multi-task as well as good administration and organisational skills Ÿ Good timekeeping Ÿ Ability to work under pressure Ÿ The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Ÿ Honda brand product knowledge and/or experience would be an advantage Ÿ Ability to work in a team and independently Ÿ Must reside in Somerset West/Strand/Cape Town surrounding area, or be willing to relocate to the area.   CLOSING DATE: 5 January   If you meet the minimum requirements, please forward your CV via email: and kindly state your notice period and salary expectation.     Please note: Candidates who have not been contacted prior to the closing date may assume that their application has been unsuccessful.
