A well-known hotel in Durban is currently recruiting for a Restaurant Reservationist     Duties and Responsibilities: Making restaurant reservations through the use of professional telephone etiquette Building relationships with guests Ensure all information is taken down correctly and communicated to relevant departments Liaison between guests and internal departments to ensure overall experience is spectacular Ensure highest level of efficiency, speed of delivery and accuracy in all interactions   Minimum Requirements: Matriculation certificate (or the equivalent) Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management Must be computer literate in Microsoft word and excel.
