RESTAURANT MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Looking for a strong, dynamic individual to run a well established restaurant Responsibilities: Full management function Stock management Inventory control Staff training and development Staff management Human resources Skills: Hospitality diploma is preferred Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role in restaurants or similar Experience with restaurant openings is an advantage High level of computer literacy Experience with GAAP and Micros is preferred Excellent customer service skills Excellent people skills Must be a team player Must be well presented Must have own vehicle This is an excellent opportunity be involved in a new restaurant opening and there are superb growth opportunities for the successful candidate.
