RESTAURANT MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

An exclusive Restaurant in Stellenbosch is seeking to employ a Restaurant Manager.  The person will be responsible for administering reservations, placing orders, receiving orders, overseeing the cleaning and set-up of the restaurant for lunch and dinner services, managing and developing front of house staff members, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their dining experience, addressing customer complaints and processing daily cash-ups.  Herewith the requirements for the position: ·      Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position ·      Qualifications/Diploma advantageous ·      Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) ·      Must have own transport ·      Be willing to work shifts and weekends ·      Attention to detail ·      Excellent people skills Salary:  Depending on qualifications and experience Please email a detailed cv and recent photo to
