Our client, a 5* Hotel is currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team in Constantia, Cape Town. Requirements: Previous Restaurant Manager experience in a 5 star hotel restaurant or similar environment Must have worked with an A LA CARTE menu Must have managed staff Must have completed a winery course Excellent food and beverage knowledge Excellent communication and management skills Ability to contribute towards and maintain high standards within the restaurant Must be able to supervise a staff complement Well groomed, friendly and presentable Energetic and willing to interact with guests Ability to work under pressure Must be hard working and dedicated Willing to work shifts Available ASAP Salary is paying up to: R - negotiable.
