Our client requires a well presentable and spoken receptionist. Ideal candidate must have: · Switchboard operator for busy board, excellent English/spelling, QuickBooks, excellent Excel skills, to manage front line and service teams. · Must have strong management skills/PA skills · Quotes, invoices, excel, staff attendance, petty cash, petrol book, filing, housekeeping etc · Hours: 7.15 am to 4.30 pm Mon to Friday. · Salary R to R · Must have contactable references and min 3 years experience · Non-smoking environment. · Own transport - Code 8 drivers license · Suit older person Bilingual in English and Afrikaans Valid SA ID · Not suitable for someone with small children as we need someone in the office all day.
