R PER MONTH GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER/FRONT OF HOUSE IN SOUTH AFRICA

We require the services of a well presented, well spoken and experienced GRO for our 5 star hotel in Sandton.  You will be expected to meet VIP arrivals, do room checks and deal with guest complaints.   At least 3 years hostessing or front office or guest relations experience in a very upmarket environment.  Must be well presented and well spoken, preferable with a European Language and English or Afrikaans as a First Language.  Computer Literate and own transport, not negotiable.
