The mobile app will be focused on national restaurant specials where no admin will be required to qualify for the special. Typical example of this, for many years now, Barrister's in Newlands run a pub lunch for R45 which is the best value meal in Cape Town, or Blues in Camps Bay have a breakfast with a steak for R35. These specials you just book a table and go enjoy. No groupons, no coupons, no check ins just enjoy the special. So on this very principal we have the means to generate nationwide content and also to distribute that content through our mobile app. Ultimately restaurant's will be paying to have their specials promoted by means of push notifications and ads etc. We also already know exactly where to advertise the free app to gain thousands of downloads. We have everything except the budget to complete the app and launch the app. We have decided to offer an investor 40% equity in the business for a once off amount of R. R to completely develop the app R to launch & market the app After which the app will start generating passive income for the investor as we will continue to maintain the app and the content hence we retain 60% of the profit. The goal is to reach downloads in 3 months and this will lead to serious revenue. For a R once off investment the returns will be substantial and with zero effort to the investor.
