Determine fitness for duty of patients and sign approval of fitness. When required, act as liaison with laboratory, doctors, clients and stakeholders. Ensure follow-up on recurrent patients. Refer files with abnormal blood test results, HIV+ patients or any other condition that fall outside your scope of practice to the OMP.
