Management of stock tacking processes. Management and control of health, safety and environment of inbound logistics. People Management including: Managing the performance of subordinates and disciplinary actions as required. Operational management of employees. Ensuring continues improvement process within logistics to maximize performance. Updating of process and procedures. Preparation and presentation of reports to Executive Management on Logistics activities.   Minimum Working Experience Required: Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a logistics environment. Must have relevant Logistics qualification. Warehouse Management Systems (Red Prairie) would be an advantage.
