OUTBOUND FTTH/BUSINESS INTERNET SALES REPRESENTATIVE Applicants are invited to apply for the above mentioned position to be based in Port Elizabeth. This person will report to the Sales Manager / Head of Division. The Sales Agent will be responsible for calling on businesses and houses marketing our products. The applicant must establishing client needs, upsell to existing customers. As one of the primary and often first points of contact, a large part of the job is maintaining good customer relationships, accurate communication, and product knowledge. Key performance areas will include. but are not limited to: - Achieve monthly targets - Conduct desktop feasibility for customer (Fibre, Wireless,LTE, Satellite) - Capture customer information accurately - Assess customers connectivity requirement - Quote customer based on assessment - Arrange site surveys where required - Ensure customer order is booked and processed - Process upgrade requests / contact current customers to upsell - Manage active leads and close old quotes - Ad hoc tasks given by management - Attend and assist with Marketing events - Visit our stores regularly to drive sales in store - Conduct brand activations - Cold calling - Door to door sales - Highly self-motivated - Target driven - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales and Information Technology Industry (FTTH, Business Internet Sales advantageous) - A team player who can positively and productively impact the company - General telephone etiquette and good product knowledge - Exceptional customer service and communication skills Qualifications: - Matric Certificate - Driver’s license Company car will be provided.
