Berry cabernet

Certainly a favourite among red lovers, this wine gets its name from the process of whole berry fermentation, where the grapes are simply de-stemmed, and then fermented uncrushed and unpressed.The red wine cellar is designed on a gravity flow system, so after fermentation using natural yeast, the wine is racked off without the use of pumps or presses, and aged in barrels for a year.
