PRODUCTION MANAGER IN WORCESTER

Victoria + Albert is looking for a dynamic, practical individual with excellent people management skills who believes that disciplined and organized systems ensure results. The production manager will supervise and manage workforce and processes to ensure that all manufacturing and packaging operations run smoothly. The Successful candidate will report to the Factory manager. RESPONSIBILITIES You should also be able to enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. To be successful as a production manager, you should demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and resolve any issues that may derail production. Ultimately, a top-performing manager should have exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills to ensure that factory operations run smoothly. • Plan and manage production schedules to met targets • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. • Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes. • Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order. • Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues. • Manage and Motivating factory workers and management to continually achieve factory targets. REQUIREMENTS: • Grade 12 • Certification or proven experience in production and management • Excellent communication skills • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English • Self motivated; results and quality driven • Ability to train, manage and discipline employees. • Ability to crisis management • Technical knowledge and aptitude • Outstanding time management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong management and leadership skills. • Effective communication skills. Annual package - R325 000 - R450 000 depending on experience.
