PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR IN SOUTH AFRICA
Minimum Must have Requirements: · VIP Payroll Certificate · 2-3 years’ experience within corporate environment · Sound knowledge of employment legislation (BCEA, COIDA, EEA, LRA etc.) · Excellent working knowledge of VIP Premier System · Ms Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)-Advanced Excel · Excellent verbal & written communication skills · Strong administration skills · Attention to detail with high level of accuracy · Working independently and as part of a team · Multi- tasking. Desirable Requirements: · National Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent · Knowledge of employee life cycle and processes involved. · Driver’s license. Key responsibilities: Perform end to end bi-weekly and Monthly payroll processing Payslip printing & distribution · Leave management · Perform Reconciliation · Draw and submit Payroll reports · Perform monthly declarations · Issuing IRP’s and distributing them · Compiling third party schedules · Compile and submit monthly payroll processing. · Ensure HR related processes are compliant and in line with legislation; · Ensure HR data integrity by capturing information correctly and accurately; · Manage separation processes (including exit interviews, issue of certificate of service etc.); · Manage employee files, ensuring they are up to date; · HR reporting.
