PASTRY CHEF IN STELLENBOSCH
We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our team. Location Stellenbosch Requirements Proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant role Great attention to detail and creativity Applicants residing within the area will be given preference Duties will include but are not limited to: Assist by ensuring the smooth running of the department Maintain control to ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively Sheeting, shaping and baking of croissant products Ensuring all items produced are of a high and consistent quality Assist with training of staff, when required Assist with the production prep for Café orders Ensure hygiene standards within the department are being maintained at the highest level at all times Assist Head Pastry Chef when required Forward detailed CV with references and salary expectation.
