OUR CLIENT IN EAST LONDON IS LOOKING FOR A BBBEE SPECIALIST IN SOUTH AFRICA

Our client in East London is looking for a BBBEE Specialist to join their successful team to Design and implement a strategy to ensure that they achieve maximum potential points on all BBBEE elements in compliance with the codes of good practice and relevant legislation; benchmarks with other organizations to ensure best practice. The minimum requirements include: * Knowledge of relevant legislation (BBBEE, Employment Equity, Skills Development, etc) * Project management skills * Knowledge of organization design / change management * Ability to perform the minimum required physical and mental requirements of the function * Minimum NQF 7 (new) – Degree in Behavioral Science (BA, BSoc Sci, Legal) or relevant equivalent * Leadership behaviors as per LEAD.
