OPERATIONS SPECIALIST: SYSTEMS ENGINEER IN UITENHAGE

Qualifications and work experience * Grade12 * A minimum of 3 Year degree / diploma (NQF 6) with IT Certification with 5 years experience. * A minimum of 3 years or more experience working with OEM Hardware * A minimum of 5 years of experience working in Data Centre Environments Roles and Responsibilities * To provide highly specialised technical support to clients through implementation of enterprise. * Compute and Storage solutions, * Diagnosis and problem solving, qualifying the product fit, * Defining support needs and conducting informal training. * Contribute to the overall team effectiveness through technical contributions, customer focus and teamwork. * Provide user support for more complex diagnosis and investigations to recover or continue operations. * Manage the full range of defined tasks associated with operating and controlling of installed hardware and software on a continual basis * Active participation in and compliance to the change management system and maintain the system in accordance with agreed procedures. * Conduct Research and Conduct tests on systems *Desired Skills: * * Azzure * VMWare * HyperV XCP-NG * Citrix * SQL * SQL DB *Desired Work Experience: * * 5 to 10 years *Desired Qualification Level: * * Diploma
