Description:   Position   Operations Controller PE 1st  Line Report Regional Executive   Qualifications/  Experience   Matric Relevant Certificate or Diploma would be an advantage At least 10 years related experience in the FMCG, Distribution sector Previous experience in managing warehouse and operational staff Computer literate Own transport     Personal attributes   Good leadership skills Excellent problem solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Must be available to work long hours Good organisational skills Customer orientated Ability to make quick and accurate decisions Ability to motivate people Team player Ability to work under pressure     Responsibilities   Ensure that deliveries are done timeously Plan daily activities and ensure their execution Ensure orderliness of the warehouse Monitor the movement of stock Provide support and assistance to the Regional Executive: Port Elizabeth Knowledge and enforcement of all company policies and procedures Knowledge of Food Security including Health and Safety Management of staff and key functions
