OPERATIONS / BRANCH MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

My client based in Epping Industrial in the Environmental Solutions industry is looking to employ an energetic hands on Operations / Branch Manager to run all operations in the Western Cape. Requirements: •    Matric. •    Suitable tertiary qualification (Bsc / Technikon in Industrial Engineering). •    Min 5 yrs experience in an operational environment. •    Abel to manage operations and working to strict housekeeping standards. •    Managing a sizable staff compliment. •    An understanding of waste management will be an advantage. •    Working experience with integrated management systems. •    Systematic approach to operations. Duties: •    Operations at the depot. •    Off-loading. •    Scaling and baling. •    Shredding. •    Recording. •    Warehousing of recyclable materials. •    Maintenance of all assets as well as all operations outside the depot. •    Required to optimize procedures and staffing. •    Ensuring efficient work flow and impeccable housekeeping standards.
