OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED IN SOUTH AFRICA

We are looking for an Office Assistant to provide assistance to the Personal Assistant for the Director. The successful candidate will be and have the following: · Age: · Female · Clean & Valid Drivers License · No Criminal Record · Reside in the Helderberg Basin · Salary between R – R Duties include but not limited to: · Answering calls on the switchboard · Diary Management · Drawing up of quotes and following up thereof · Drafting and Sending of Reports · Invoicing · Filing · Liaising with the Insurance Companies whom we are on the panel with The following criteria is a must: · Be fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English. Speak, Read & Write. · Have sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office. · Have excellent telephone etiquette and people’s skills · Must work extremely well under pressure. · Must be punctual, honest and reliable. · Have at least 5 years Office Experience. · Knowledge of the Plumbing Industry is not a must but highly advantageous. · Must have a sense of urgency and be able to prioritize. · Must be able to work on their own and be a Go-Getter.
