MARKETING POSITION IN SOUTH AFRICA

Well established Electrical Company has a position available for a Marketing Position. Requirements: ·         Honours Degree in Marketing or IMM Marketing Management Degree ·         1 - 2 Years’ of product marketing / junior product management experience in a Technical environment ·         Experience in electrical & electronic industry ·         Project Management qualification or work experience an advantage ·         Demonstrated success in launching successful products ·         Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate Technical capabilities ·         Excellent analytical and presentation skills including ability to demonstrate products and handle multiple assignments simultaneously ·         Ability to focus on specific goals ·         Work under pressure and manage deadlines ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·         Must be computer literate ·         Must have driver’s license and own transport Desired attributes: ·         Good interpersonal skills ·         Organizational abilities ·         Strong presentation skills ·         Good reasoning ability ·         Good mathematical skills Key Performance Areas: ·        Support product management and sales through communication of market requirements and competitor products and activities. ·         Execution of successful product launches and the supply of support materials. ·         Craft the messaging and positioning for products and ensure that the marketing collateral and sales tools produced accurately reflect benefits and features from both a trade and end user perspective. ·         Define the go-to-market strategy, understanding the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. ·         Recognize product that are not selling and communicate the end of line. ·         Spend time in the field to determine customer requirements and analysing the competition.         Only serious applicants will be considered.  Only candidates with South Africa ID.  Fluent in English and Afrikaans an added advantage.  Email CV with a photograph to
