MANAGER: PREPACK DEPARTMENT IN SOUTH AFRICA

Large Established Meat processing plant in Cape Town, which specialises in a full range of emulsion products and hams, is seeking to employ a DEPARTMENT MANAGER with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field to manage the daily running of our PRE-PACK/HIGH RISK Department. DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE:- Planning Daily Production Managing and monitoring the productivity of the pre-pack department Ensure good manufacturing practices & quality assurance MUST HAVE:- Bilingual – English/Afrikaans Cope well under pressure and manage a large staff complement Must have Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence Basic Knowledge of H.R plus Health & Safety Please fax your CV to the HR manager on
